Off to Scotland!
Bags packed, and excitement bubbling—Sarah and I are heading to bonnie Scotland! It’s been a while in the planning, but now it’s finally real. First stop: Edinburgh, where we’ll dive into winding closes, explore the castle, and probably sample more than one dram of whisky. There’s something magical about that city—history layered with atmosphere, and the promise of good food (and even better stories).
From there, we’ll be making our way to the coast, calling in at Crail—a picture-perfect fishing village where time seems to slow down—and then on to the historic streets of St Andrews. We’re already imagining sea breezes, cosy cafés, and perhaps even a chance encounter with a Highland cow or two.
We’ve got a few more places up our sleeves, but we’re keeping those a surprise—for now. The important thing is: we're going. The heather, the hills, the charm of the old stone towns... Scotland, here we come!
